Refund Policy
Please be aware that we do not offer returns or refunds.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer a credit for unworn items that are sent back within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must be in original unused condition. Unfortunately, once 7 days have passed we can no longer offer a credit.
To request an exchange for credit, please email info@aurithecollective.com and include “Exchange Request” along with your Order Number in the subject line. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you with the next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned items in the required conditions, we will issue your credit via email for the amount of the item(s) being exchanged. The credit can be used immediately to place a new order. Please allow up to 72 hours for your returned item(s) to be processed and credit issued.
Credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable and we are not responsible for return shipping.
AURI reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.
