PROCESSING
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order. You will be notified with tracking once your package has shipped. Processing times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or periods of high volume such as restocks or holidays. Customers will be notified if shipments are to be delayed longer than 3 business days.
*Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up the shipping time it takes to receive your order.
USA SHIPPING
Free Standard US Shipping on Orders $125 and up.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
There may be duty/import/tax/customs/etc. charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges. Please note AURI is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carriers in your country.
LOST PACKAGESAURI THE COLLECTIVE is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact your local post office immediately to submit a missing package(s) search request. We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location. However, we are not responsible for lost packages showing confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided.
